During my first pregnancy, despite my background in health, nutrition and wellness, I was riddled with anxiety around food, supplements, and doing “everything right.” The stakes felt sky-high—not just for me, but for the little life I was growing. The information overload was intense, and instead of feeling empowered, I felt confused and overwhelmed.
Fast-forward to my second pregnancy—and it was a completely different experience. I felt calm, confident, energised, and strong. I didn’t stress about every bite for fear I was doing it wrong. I knew how to nourish my body, support my mind, and stay active in a way that felt aligned and sustainable—without the guesswork, guilt, or excessive weight gain.
That transformation shifted my whole experience.
It is why I do what I do.
I’ve combined my academic knowledge and research with my own real-life experience to create a supportive, evidence-based approach to conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.
